Physical Therapy Center

As a part of Bourbon Community Hospital, the professional staff at The Physical Therapy Center are dedicated to providing the highest quality healthcare in a compassionate and efficient manner. Our purpose is to provide comprehensive, competent, and individual management to patients whose ability to function is impaired by injury or disease. Each patient will receive an initial evaluation so that a personalized program can be developed to best meet your needs. We offer a wide variety of services to prevent you from having to travel out of town to receive treatment. 

The Physical Therapy Center is located at 5 Linville Drive in the Triple Crown Medical Suites, more commonly referred to as "the blue roof building."

Our regular business hours are Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 5:30PM. Earlier or later appointments may be available.
